At Austech Institute for Further Education, we operate under the principle that our greatest asset is our staff. As an organization, we can only achieve our greatest performance potential by valuing the role of each individual as part of our team. As part of the AIFE community, your future promises a vibrant working environment with a dynamic team culture and excellent opportunities.
The company is a “meritocracy”, where employees are rewarded for their success. The progression of our staff members is entirely based on the merit of their performance and contributions. As a market leader, we offer flexible working hours and assist in creating a united, yet spirited team culture which encourages creativity and maximum personal and professional growth.
It is difficult to imagine a more exciting time to join AIFE. We achieved a Top 4 national ranking on the BRW Fast 100 list and 1st place in the state of New South Wales in 2008.
