Human Resources have experienced a busy year within AIFE as we ensure a high quality of services for all staff. We would like to give a warm welcome to all the admin staff that has entered AIFE in the months of October, November and December. In our Compliance department we have Natalia Danilova, Shannon Marsh and Vera Gruber. Within our IT team we have Nicole Reardon, Danny Liu, Matthew Oh, Matthew Swarzes and James Looi. Within our Student Services department we have Sarah Bates, Sherry Liang and Sophie Barrett. We also have a new addition to our Accounts team Henry Shing. We hope that they continue to develop their skills and knowledge throughout the college.

ESOS Framework
Australia has a reputation as a safe and dynamic place to study for international students. To maintain this reputation the Australian Government has established a legislative framework to ensure the provision of quality education and to ensure that the rights of international students are protected. This legislation, known as the ESOS Framework (Education Services for Overseas Students) is applied to all international students studying in Australia on a student visa. New international students are highly encouraged to read this material as it contains further advice on your rights and responsibilities.
The National Code 2007
The National Code of Practice for Registration Authorities and Providers of Education and Training to Overseas Students 2007 (The National Code 2007) is part of the ESOS legislative framework which provides nationally consistent standards for the conduct of registered providers of international education and the registration of their courses. Follow the link to see in detail the 15 standards that AIFE, as a CRICOS provider, must comply with to ensure our quality of education and professionalism is of a sufficiently high standard to enroll international students.
Student Handbook 2010
The Student Handbook 2010 provides you with a great deal of useful information about studying at AIFE. It contains information about academic life including student policy and procedures, as well as social life such as cost of living, health care and work rights.
